VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.IT STARTED OFF GOOD AT FIRST.THEN MY DELIVERY DATE KEEP GETTING CHANGED WITHOUT ME KNOWING.I HAVE A EXTREMELY BUSINESS SCHEDULE BECAUSE I AM A CAREGIVER FOR MY MOTHER.SO THEREFORE I DO NOT BE AT HOME HARDLY.TAKING MY MOTHER TO AND FROM OCCUPATIONAL AND PHYSICAL THERAPIES NOT COUNTING HER DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS.IT WAS TIMES WHEN SOMETHING CAME UP AND I WOULD CALL AND LET THEM KNOW SO THAT A DRIVER WOULD NOT STOP.ONE TIME THE DRIVER DID NOT STOP. I HAD TOLD THEM DAYS IN ADVANCED THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE HOME HAD A TAG ON MY DOOR ANYWAY.WHAT MADE ME CANCEL FOR GOOD. ONE DAY THE MEALS WAS LEFT OUTSIDE BOXES SOAK AND WET. DRIVER DID NOT GET A VISUAL ON ME GETTING THE BOXES INSIDE MY HOME.DID NOT KNOW HOW LONG THE FOOD WAS OUT THERE WAS NOT GOING TO BRING IN AND MAKE ANYONE IN ME HOUSEHOLD SICK.LACK OF COMMUNICATION.HAD A EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.IT IS SAD THAT MY MOTHER CAN NOT GET THESE SERVICES THAT SHE QUALIFY FOR.GOT TIRED OF CALLING COMPANY COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SERVICE.I REALLY HOPE NO ONE ELSE GO THRU WHAT I WENT THRU.DO NOT...
