Today we have the worst experience at the subway. We were purchasing subs with our coupons. Once we looked at the receipt we asked the cashier if she can look over it because we think she won't get up wrong. She insisted that she didn't we told her she needed to call the manager if she got on the phone with the manager. And she still was not able to get it right. Another man employee walks in and goes to the back, he hears that we are going back and forth with the cashier and he comes from the back and starts to scream and yell at us saying that this is his mother and we will not talk to her this way. The cashier (Mom) told him to go back to the back. He came from around the back yelling like he was going to do something to us. We could run the cameras back if needed and we were ready to call the police as well. She could never figure out, how to give us our correct change back. She proceeded to say we needed to come back in the morning to talk to the manager, we said no call your manager now. We were going back and forth for over an hour and a half. She told us to give her the sandwiches back and they gave us a refund and we left. By far the worst customer service by Subway.. we will also be contacting...
Read moreTonight we placed a phone order for 3 subs. One of.which was meatball...a standard sub! They ran out of meatballs...ordered around 7:50pm. Or see be.ready at 8:05pm. My husband arrived at that time and no one in restaurant. 2 subs were ready.but not meatball. They stated.they had to hear meatballs. 8 more customers arrived and waited on and husband got back in line to request meatball again. Still other 2 subs still sitting on counter. And.... several of the 8 got meatball subs. Finally after husband got back in line and requested they made it. All this and husband waited.total of 25 minutes. We have.used this subway many times and never any issues. But tonight they had 3 employees...more than usual and total screw up! One customer even left amd.got frustrated. To top it all off......meatballs and sauce cold when drove 5 minutes home. Also one of.other subs had wrong bread. Just an overall screw up tonight!!! Can't even comment online due to...
Read moreOk this is just sad, my fiance and I had went to the Burbank Dr location closing last night and noticed that the server had her mask on but under her nose which means she is breathing on all of the food. Covid-19 is serious and too many people either getting sick or dying. Why wear a face mask if your not going to wear it properly! And your dealing with the public. We took our busy to this location. When we walked in, the young man was completing a pizza order with his mask pulled under his nose. Then a female worker came from the back also with her face mask pulled under her nose. We watch for a few seconds as they joke and laugh breathing over the food with their exposed noses. Then as we are walking out, we hear the female worker saying "I guess they didn't want anything". Really!! Would you get served if you notice a person wearing their face mask incorrectly?? We have a close friend who lost her husband to covid. It's nothing to play with!!! ALL...
