I initially sought out Inline because I had an angled ceiling and the fan I had bought did not work for it. The fan was marketed for an angled ceiling but mine was too angled. My goal in going to Inline lighting was to get a fan that would work with the ceiling, so I was actually very pleased when they found a $25 attachment so that I could use the fans I had already purchased. I was so pleased with the customer service that I chose them for another project. I wanted to install a new light over my kitchen table, but I wanted to change the position. Since there was no access above, I wasn't able to run electricity to the new position. This was also a really low ceiling so it was hard to find a hanging fixture that didn't block our view at the table.
