Graybar — Local services in Montgomery

Alex Kaiser is my representative which assisted me with ordering parts for a light fixture from Graybar. I must say Mr. Kaiser is one of the best representatives I have ever had the experience to deal with. He was totally professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and most of all solved my problem. He is really an asset to his company and deserves an award or some type of the most high recognition his company can give him. If it were not for him, my problem would NOT have been resolved. But he did resolve it and timely also. Thanks to him, my wife is now happy which enables me to able to be happy. Really--I'm not kidding. Thanks again. What a great electrical supply house!!! Adam and the crew are amazing! I leave very few reviews, so if you're reading this, trust it!!! Pricing was incredible, materials I needed were in stock even though i "will called" a different location and didn't realize it until I got there. They still had what I needed and went above and beyond to fulfill my order! THANKS...

Adam the front desk Store Manager was absolutely wonderful and he was so nice! The gentleman in the back Aremis was also so helpful and a joy to be around!
