Ethan at Jay Cloud Cyclery offered excellent recommendations for a bike tour in Montgomery - Jay Peak area. The e-bikes we rented were perfect, providing ample range for a full day’s ride without “range anxiety.” The e-bikes easily assisted us in climbing hills we would not have ascended unaided! Ethan provided a map with clear directions and guidance for a terrific out and back day trip. Our self guided tour took us to five covered bridges in the area. We later rode along the generally flat Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail (MVRT) which follows a beautiful river, meandered through farmland and took us to a small town for a delightful lunch. During the pandemic I was looking for a Santa Cruz. Like so many others I did a google search within 100 miles and found The jay cloud. Eathan was more than happy to sell me a 5010. I am happy with my purchase even though one month later it was recalled. The process was made easy, I recommend him to anyone. Excellent service. I was having issues with my Rad bike and Ethan and Dean could not have been more helpful. They worked directly with Rad (which is NOT easy) to figure out what the problem was, order the part and get it installed.
