My daughter very recently went to Tanya's looking for a dress to wear for her after wedding party. We first took a dress in to be altered from another store, but that dress was not quite right. So Tanya's assistant started showing my daughter some other dresses that could be altered to fit her needs. Emily pulled out a dress and when my daughter tried it on, she knew that this was her wedding dress that she has been searching for this whole time (she already had her dress, but not exactly what she wanted). Once the dress was on my daughter did not want to take it off. She looked and felt like a princess. My daughter was then very worried because it was just a few weeks before her wedding and there were some alterations and additions that needed to be done to the dress. Tanya totally put our worries to ease and she did the needed alterations and added a special layer to the dress that my daughter wanted. Tanya accommodated her schedule and went above and beyond any expectations that we had!!! Tanya made my little girl into a princess for her very special day. As entering the store, a girl is on the phone, never acknowledged us, as looking around I didn't notice a sign saying please be seated so we started looking around the store as we should be aloud to & a woman came stomping down the stairs rudely asking us if we have been waited on, we said no so we are just looking & she started being very rude telling us that usually we have to wait for someone to walk us around! So I had to remind this lady that there should be a sign on the door saying as such & the other girl tried waiting on us then & I said nope you don't deserve my business & walked out! I just want to start off by saying that we have used Tanya's for my son's weddings this year and there are not enough words to say just how happy we are with our experience!!! Tanya made my daughter-in-law feel comfortable and beautiful in the dress that we selected for her. She did the alterations correctly on the first shot and with all of the other dress shops we have been to, NO ONE has been able to do this but Tanya.
