Went here to look at some trucks. I was dealing with a salesman called Zay. can't remember his bosses name. Zay seemed alright, until deal time started. . His boss typical sales person.They offered me 6 grand for two vehicles for trades. 2017 Terrain and a 2014 Edge. They claim neither car was desirable to buyers! I told them look around, Montrose is full of these vehicles. Both styles. Then they started their typical degrading of the vehicles! They told me the cars needed new tires. I said BS both vehicles had tires replaced 3 months ago. Then he said well yeah there studded snow tires they don't sell good here. Its Colorado, what a load of BS. They did not have studs in the tire. He kept on about the tires, I lost interest in ever dealing with these flimflam men ever again. My wife eye site getting bad.Wanted to get into one vehicle since she cant drive any more. The truck was suppose to 23000.00 after sitting down in the office with them it went up to 32000.00. well enough said. I will be filing a complaint with the Colorado...

I bought a BMW in 2022 from this dealership. I have had no complaints for the most part with it until now. And the problem isn’t the car it’s a dealer that works at the dealership. I’m currently in the army and stationed in New York. Before joining the army I called a person from management to cancel my warranty since I assumed I wouldn't be able to use it out of state. But I was reassured that I would be. Now today on this date I look for places that take the warranty for an oil change. And contact Zurich (the warranty company) and was told that I could only use the warranty at the dealership I bought it from. So it’s safe to say I was lied to by someone from this company so they could make more money on it. And I lose money since I didn’t cancel the warranty earlier like...

SO much BS! I dropped a ton of cash for my Denali Sierra 1500 in July. First, I spoke with Rob on the phone, who told me it still had the 100k warranty. When I arrived, he said the vehicle was at a different lot? So we drove to the next place, and he handed me off to Luke, with no explanation of why. Luke went through the paperwork and then offered to sell me a 100k mile warranty. When I protested, he informed me there was no longer a warranty. This was the reason I decided to drive 90 minutes to purchase the vehicle. So Luke apologized and promised me an additional key fob as there was only one with the vehicle.
