I walked in the first door at 9:58 and a tall white-haired man rushed to the door and rudely said, "If you can't get here on time, I'm not selling to you.", then locked the door. I turned and walked away, then stopped and waited for him to come out to ask him if he was the owner. He said, "No, but the owners support me. Call them. Now get out of here."

I went back the next day and he was working. I went to check out and I told him he didn't have to be rude, all he had to say was, "Sorry we're closed." He claimed that's what he said. I then corrected him and repeated what he said. He denied it and got upset and told me that he talked to the owners today and that they were on board, obviously not on board with the treatment of customers but on the decision he made.

I explained that I wasnt upset about him turning me away but instead of the way he treated me. He then got angrier and threatened that if I don't drop it, he would ban me from the store. He said he has the right to do so. I agreed with him and told him that he has the right to do whatever he wants. I told him that he could ban me from the store, talk to me however he pleases, etc. but that it doesn't make it right.

He continued to deny what he said and threaten banishment.

I walked out with my purchase.

This incident was resolved as the owners care about the customers. It's the only problem I've ever had in this store and I was pleased that management showed interest in making the customer experience a top priority.
