Bashas' — Local services in Morenci

Does Freeport own this Bashas location, I would really like to know.. In the past almost 2 Year and a half now since being in the Morenci area I've had quite the concerns with this Bashas, I've had full on human hair in my packaged meat 3 times now in less than a year! I returned 1 but ended up throwing away the other 2, my husband has gotten food poisoning from the the deli when he got country fried steak and gravy, I've had to wait for upto 10 mins plus for someone to come to self check out and help me not to mention watching freeport workers wait and wait just to be helped as well but as of late I noticed that employeesolder ones in self check do not want to go out of their way to help fix wronged prices even though we had photo proof and app proof the employee did not want to walk back and check the price tag to give us the sale price. Or my husband being treated badly and talked down to by a older employee telling him hes asking for too many discounts and if he even did it right when its the listed sale price and trust me i heard this employee on the phone and i was pissed because i was not there and my husband is too nice to say anything back..soo I've experienced allot more bad than good especially with customer service so I would like this bashas to know a complaint is being filed on it and we would like a refund for the over paid amount for being cheated twice now in a week on our alcohol purchase that is the listed sale price seems like scamming to us..them hoping freeport employees wont notice or care but this Bashas need a whole new management team and some employees replaced or retrained because at this point on here and Facebook allot of customers are very...

I actually stopped to purchase some motor oil, which I didn't find. .. however I had an situation that I never experienced before... As I was throwing some trash into a trash receptacle a ring flew off my finger into the receptacle along with my trash! I was shocked and horrified! I immediately approached a clerk and explained what just happened. So the you man called for assistance and another young man came to my rescue. After sifting through the trash he found my ring!!!

Point is (1) I never gave up, (2) he was patient and stayed with me ... I am grateful for cooperation and assistance from tonight's crew....my only regret was I didn't get their names

Messed up getting cash back and whoever helped me at customer service couldn't help but get as many jabs about how I should buy another item to get cash back and I'm taking too long "we definitely can't do this again" ect ect ect i mean literally soo many different comments that it was insane especially for customer service even though I kept my composure the whole time. 2 stars instead of 1 because the tamale lady is there today. Sorry for wasting 3 minutes of payroll I'll do my shopping at Walmart...
