Ryan is incredibly professional and responsive. I set up an annual prepaid account because it's so convenient and cost effective. Ryan uses the online and texting system to let me know when he arrives and if there are any issues (for example one time my roommate had let my dog out in the yard just as Ryan was coming to clean up, so I received a message from Ryan and called my roommate to bring the dog back inside the house).

I purchased an annual pack for 3 dogs, but sadly one of my dogs passed away. Ryan was very understanding and worked with me to make the rest of the package fair.

I heard about this service from a friend and I have since told at least ten people about it! With three dogs and a small yard, the s#*t piles up fast if i don't pick it all up at least twice a week. It's a job that must be done... but I hate doing it. So so so glad someone came up with the idea to turn dog poop into money. I'll happily pay to get rid of it. Oh, and their cat box service is AMAZING. I don't have to shop for heavy bags of litter then take out even heavier bags of dirty litter every week and spend hours cleaning out the boxes. Best of all, I give the service as a gift to my mom (84 years old) so she can have a cat but doesn't have to deal with the dirty stuff. They pick up the cat boxes and replace them with clean...

We first started using Bombs Away after we got a second dog, it was so much harder to keep on top of the clean up ourselves. I saw a Bombs Away truck in my area, and calling them was the best choice I’ve made other than getting my wonderful dogs. The employees are extremely friendly, very thorough, and I really appreciate how they text to let me know exactly when the tech will arrive.
