Read moreI've gone here a couple of times with some friends and by myself, and I really like that it's being kept safe by active range masters. It also helps that they're pretty friendly and helpful when it comes to admiring others' guns or even helping out with things like sighting them in (just today one of the range masters helped a guy next to me sight in his optic). The stands are sturdy enough for any paper targets, and the firing periods are decently long (20 minutes), especially if you have multiple magazines to load up and shoot one after the other. I also just found out today that you can bring one of your own steel targets to the range, but only 2 at a time can be put up in the entire 100yd section. They have a wide variety of targets distances to choose from, so you can enjoy shooting probably anything you have. I haven't tried out the 200yd range yet, but I've heard it's fun.

Read moreFirst of all, I am a disabled war veteran. Look at my facebook, Peter Wu. This was my first time there today, the following is what happened. I had just finished building an AR, wanted to try it out and make sure it was alright. Walked up to the desk with my gun, the old Asian guy that was there gave me a smirk, and said what's wrong with this picture. I was like I don't know. He said your not showing me that your weapon is clear. I understand that I did not lock my bolt to the rear, but I didn't have a magazine in and there is no signs around the shop saying lock the bolt to the rear. As soon as I grab the clip board to fill out my information and he made more remarks about how am I going to shoot if I don't have sights and laughed at me under his breath. I told him that I was going to look down the flat top rail and hit my paper target 25 yards away. He said that I was giving him attitude. Then threatened me that he was going to kick me out, I said I'll leave. I'm not going to shoot at a place where it's hostile with those old couple sitting in the office making fun of others
Really this is how you...
