INHERIT CO. is the best! The customer service is excellent and shipping is even faster than said! The website says it’ll take 7-10 business days to arrive but my skirt got here in 3! I also had an issue with my coupon code online so I called them and they instantly refunded me my 20%! Thank you Inherit for being so amazing and giving me tip top service! EDIT When I received the package, the skirt did NOT look like the pictures online and the size was very small! I could barely get myself into it! And I even measured myself before ordering! When I looked at the pictures, it didn’t look like it had much fading but in person, the fading is louder. I am very disappointed even though I had a very good experience leading up to the delivery! If I were to order from here again, I would order with enough time to return and order a different one if necessary. I am returning my skirt because of its fake feeling...
Read moreThe clothes are nice and of a good quality, but the customer service and shipping processes are awful. I have had a package travel to half way to CA and then end up back at its point of origin due to being poorly labeled and most recently paid $60 for express shipping only for my items to be shipped using flat rate shipping which could be anywhere between 15 to 30 days and the tracking doesn't actually begin until the package reaches Chicago. After several emails the person I was dealing with did eventually look at my order, see the error and refund the shipping but I am stuck waiting a month for items I needed in a hurry for returning to the office. I don't recommend ordering from here if you need something in a certain amount of time, nor do I recommend buying the "faster"...
Read moreThe customer service is horrible. I placed an order on 1/6/25 and as of 1/13/25 I still haven't received any tracking information. I called to inquire about my order and the RUDE woman(EMMA) says we are playing catch up and that was it. She didn't care nor have any empathy whatsoever...... I gave it 1 star review but if 0 stars was an option that would have been most appropriate. Overall experience was deflating and very unprofessional. I canceled my order and the representative name Emma was very rude and seemed very annoyed with me because I called back to cxl my order. I will take my business somewhere else this place needs more training in customer...
