I rarely review places, but felt it was a necessity this time. I called Nana’s Flowers & Gifts 4 days ago to order two last minute prom corsages. I provided dress colors and was given what they had available in those colors. I wanted to use all and had minimal input otherwise. The person on the phone was thorough, patient, and incredibly kind. I went to pick them up today and they were absolutely gorgeous, down to the little extras that were added. However, I needed a last minute ribbon color switch and was hesitant to ask, but thought the worst they could do was say no. Again, I was met with patience and incredible kindness. Nana’s is the best florist around. I’ve been using them for years and most recently for my sister’s funeral. Not only do they do a fantastic job with their arrangements they are ALWAYS so sweet, patient and very sympathetic to you situation. I just say enough great things about this business who is very customer focused!! I’m posting just two of the beautiful pieces but the two sprays they did for me were amazing along with the other sprays from them....

Out of town panicking because I needed to send my Mom flowers from my Dad (passed) for their anniversary. I called last min and the lady i spoke with was super sweet in helping me order the perfect flowers. Talk about customer service over the top !! I can’t wait till she gets her flowers !
