It needs some serious sprucing up. Add some trees and low shrubbery a few more benches.....something. It looks very open and almost vacant if your not paying attention.
It has a few Places like a laundry mat and pizza place, bank, auto parts store, dollar store, outdoor sports store, reality...ect.
And thats great and all...but it is not welcoming. It feels very unfriendly with such a monster huge parking lot and large grassy areas in front of the store....but not much else. It needs attention to not only make it pleasing to eye, but better for business.
I've lived here a long time and I absolutely forget it's there...because just a couple hundred yards away is another very busy shopping center with Marshall's and Big Lots and a better dollar store and McDonald's and bank and Kinney Drugs And even though 3 or 4 of the spaces for lease are vacant....it just feels more welcoming. And the parking lot is also huge but very full every day.
I hope someone does something to cheer...
