Very fresh produce and a wide variety. There is also a vendor that sells homemade soups and is very popular with the locals. A line forms at her area before the market opens and she sells out quickly. The bread vendor Sasquatch Sourdough has fantastic breads, especially the jalapeno sourdough. The fruit vendors sell great fruits with bold flavors, not like stores where flavors can be bland. Strawberries, grapes, peaches, etc., are all excellent. The lettuces are bright green and red leaf colors and fresh. Every year while staying in Morro Bay for a month in August we look forward to this farmers market. It is a "must" stop for locals and visitors. Well worth the drive from Morro Bay. While here, stop for a bite to eat at one of the cool restaurants close by and make it an eventful day.

This is a small farmers' market that is located in Los Osos. It is not very noticeable because it is in a little hidden area. It mainly serves the residential community area for the locals. I like it more than the downtown SLO Farmers Market. It is less crowded and more relaxed. The only downside is that the choices are limited and prices vary depending on the suppliers. Nearby there is a great bakery that sells very good bread. My family likes the sourdough bread the best. I am passionate about the cranberry bread. I also recommend the bar restaurant near the door. It offers incredible food and is inexpensive. The portion is also great. This place is about a 12-minute drive if you’re from Morro Bay.

What's beautiful little market w/ big personality. All the farmers and vendors have been selling here forever. What's in season is always worth a try. Fresh picked or produced with loving care by the central coast's happy people.

Out of the all farmer's markets, excluding San Luis Obispo, this one is the best. The variety of what you can buy is stellar and offers a good variety. This little community packs a mean punch and highly recommend you visit. This is an afternoon market from 2-4:30. This offers numerous local produce, organic farms and non organic plus a variety of other things like local honey and local mushrooms and sourdough bread. Try this next time you are close to Morro Bay. This community is adjacent to Los Osos which is a few miles south...
