So Morgan's permantly closed last year. We've never tried LMCR before. To reserve over the phone, you might not get an answer on the first try. They will return your call if you leave a message. I assure you they are busy and cant handle the large call volumes so be patient and keep trying. the staff were very friendly, plenty of paddles and vests to go around. Instead of departing in a canoe and getting shuttle back, you actually get shuttled to the old Morgan's sight and canoe back to where you originally parked. Great time on the river .. but the guy who drove the van was very rude .. song come on radio and we all start singing to it he changed the channel.. my daughter asked couple questions and he just laughed at her .. For the love of everything holy, make a reservation and do not plan an impromptu trip down the river. You will be chastised at the desk where you give them your money freely.

Other than being told 3 times that You must have a reservation, the rest of the staff was great. Our driver to the location where you put in was awesome and very helpful.
