Not to happy about the sale of the 2020 Chevy Malibu i got. Already found a few problems with the car, the front left fender clip to hold it on is broken causing the fender to come loose. A nice crack on the driver's door panel that i didnt put there. A chip in the windshield. Just found a small metal box beneath my moms seat, i have no idea what that is. The lining in the trunk is loose. Very unhappy about the stuff i found.
Normally car dealerships let ya know what you are approved for a vehicles price range. Been getting treated like I don't have a option in the matter of discussing what vehicle I want. Its always been here take this car and be happy about it. Well, i am getting tired of driving cars, this last visit I was really hoping to get either a truck or a suv, but nope. Instead got ended up with a other car. At least let me have some options instead of giving me a car that im not happy with. Didn't even offer me a option for a suv either
I really don't like the attitude of heres a car that we have picked out for ya, it should be more like of what the customer wants. Feels like I'm being forced to take something i dont like. I do know one thing if I go to trade the car in after i pay it off and they tell me to get a other car. Im saying nope and im leaving to find a better and more friendly place that i can get a suv/truck at.

   Read moreDoesn't even deserve one star. Ron tried to find me a Cobalt but couldn't find anything so he took me to the back of the lot & got me into a Malibu. I don't even think that they had been inspected right, he was more worried about making his commission. After buying it 30 days later the motor blew in it so they put a salvaged motor in it. I've had nothing but problems with the car, buttons on the windows I replaced to make them roll up & down, air conditioning I fixed myself amongst other things. Just blew the motor in it earlier this week & now they want to charge me $2200 to replace it & probably another salvaged motor again. And for the price I paid for the car the mechanic acted like he didn't want to...
