Every town of decent population needs a place like this. You will pay a premium for premium meat products, but that's what birthdays and special occasions are for. I give them high praise for their limited food operations, because they are true pitmasters with the smoker, and it's such an amazing way to showcase your meats. I purchased one of their pre-packed, smoked beef rib half racks, and it was eye-rolling delicious when gently reheated back home. We did make an impulse buy (smoked dragon tails) to enjoy immediately back at the RV. Wifey and I just stared at each other in silence with the first bite, knowing full well we could never duplicate this savory treat at home. Nice fellas in there, too, and an absolutely mouth watering, beautiful, full length meat counter to tantalize every carnivore's dream. ...

I have had such a wonderful experience with all of the staff here that it keeps me coming back. I do not do reviews normally but I have had such a great experience here that I felt compelled to spend my hard earned extra time to write this. I have been treated like family when buying my meat products here and honestly, you will never get meat like this at Walmart or Safeway like this. So tender and fresh!! Family oriented and customer service that you'd wish you had with every other business that you would normally interact with. I am critical of most. I will keep my business...

Their seafood and meats are very fresh and tasty. I purchased fillet mignon, Dungeness crab, sukiyaki meat and Manila clams for Thanksgiving dinner. Everything tasted excellent ! I usually have to go to Uwajimaya in Seattle to get sukiyaki meat, but now I can get it at Ernies in Moses Lake! And the taste is better than Uwajimaya!
