I’ve been going to Hook Fight Co since last April(2022) and have been hooked ever since! I started with no prior experience in Martial Arts and was initially hesitant to try it out. I’m so glad I did because of a multitude of reasons. The coaches are top notch, I've lost over 20lbs and I’ve gained more confidence in myself. If you’re looking for a hobby that will get you in shape then I strongly recommend. Everyone leaves their ego at the door which makes training fun and easy going. Members are of all ages/genders and are awesome people with different backgrounds. I’m 29, but I plan on continuing my training well into my older years. I can easily see myself training Jiu Jitsu well...
