Creative Designs Flowers & Gifts — Local services in Mount Airy

I ordered funeral flowers on Tuesday prior to the viewing on Thursday for Moody Funeral Home for Mr. Michael Beasley. The live flowers I ordered was not there. I inquired with Moody front desk then called Creative Designs and I got all kinds of excuses. Approximately 20 minutes after the viewing started my flowers arrived but they forgot the card or it had fell off. The driver stated there was a miscommunication. Anyway, the flowers finally got there after ordering 2 days prior. The greenery on the flower arrangement had brown spots on it. The flowers were nice and appeared to be fresh. I pretty much didn't get a heart felt apology but an apology to say the least. Customer service is a big issue with me and you know a lot of business today just don't have it! So therefore I've made an administrative decision: I will no longer use Creative Designs for my flower or gift needs. I paid $107.00 for this arrangement that was not on time to the funeral viewing and had brown spots on...

I used Creative Designs for my bridal bouquet, boutonnieres and corsages for my wedding in Oct 2022. Even though Dawn and I only spoke over the phone during the entire planning process, she absolutely knocked it out of the park! She took what I described verbally, along with pictures of my dress and access to my Pinterest pins and just absolutely delivered. I've already told her this, but I truly gasped when I saw my bouquet...it was perfect and totally matched my vision. She listened to me and understood what I was looking for, and I can't thank her enough for my gorgeous flowers. We also rented some free-standing doors from her new event rental business, and the doors really added something special to the aisle decor. They delivered the doors early in the day and picked them up from the venue on time, and we never had to lift a finger in that aspect. Creative Designs did the flowers for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Since I was an out-of-town bride, I was only able to sit down with Dawn once to go over exactly what I wanted for my big day. She went through every last detail with me and was super attentive and accommodating. We mostly had to communicate over the phone and through email which made me a little nervous, but come wedding day - they knocked it out of the park. The bouquets, the arrangements, the centerpieces - everything was stunning and looked even better than the photos I had originally shown Dawn. They nailed the last minute changes I wanted for my bridal bouquet and all of the flowers were so high-quality that they lasted for well over a week after the wedding.
