Wine Legend Inc — Local services in Mount Laurel Township

This place had always been my favorite and one I would recommend. Ever since they hired the rude female clerk (brunette, tattooed, foul mouthed, lazy) myself and several of us who frequented the establishment have decided to drive elsewhere. This behavior is demonstrated by her use of language, inability to answer questions, dismissing customers blatantly, hanging up on customers, rolling of the eyes, allowing people who are friendly to her to grab the airplane bottles without paying and simply not answering the phone when a customer has called while in the store for confirmation. She is nothing but rude, vulgar and has absolutely zero respect for anyone. It’s unfortunate, the staff were always so friendly and welcoming. This evening, June 2nd, I witnessed a strange occurrence in the parking lot of the Wine Legend, Mt. Laurel. I witnessed a woman, who I know is a counter clerk at this store, threatening physical violence on a woman who was just sitting in her vehicle - The woman in the car was waiting for her passenger to come out of the liquor store. It was very disturbing to watch this woman get verbally attacked with threats of violence for doing nothing more than sitting in her car with a toddler in the vehicle. To be honest this doesn't surprise me as I have witnessed this particularly clerk act in this type of manner with other customers before as well as myself having to deal with the employees attitude! Good selection, good prices, staff is fairly knowledgeable and remembers me after 6-8 trips and let's me know what new or weird craft beers or wines they have in stock as soon as I walk in. I have worked with 3 employees total and they are very pleasant and try harder than most other stores in Mount Laurel to meet your needs.

Update 3 years later, hot and heavy early fall, still under COVID19 restrictions and I still hit up this liquor store more than any other in the region. The 3 employees they have had for a few years now all hustle and know 99% of what is in the store...
