Had an awesome experience the first time around. Groomer was great and my goldendoodle looked adorable. This appt I dropped my dog off at 8:00 and by 1:00 went back to check on him because I hadent heard anything. Receptionist said that a new groomer had cut his hair and they was waiting for the other groomer to look at it. When they finally brought him out he had been shaved like a buzz cut his whole body except ears and tail. He went in with 4 to 5 inches of hair and came out with a 1/4 inch. Asked them to do the same thing as the first time which was to trim him a bit but keep his long hair just cut so he could see. Of course I was upset and the lady that talked to me about it was rude, no apology. Just said that they took his baby hair off. So disappointed in What A Dog. Was like it was a totally different place then the first time. Be aware that you know what groomer is working...

I have taken my dogs To another place and upon their return they were so sick. They were puking had diarrhea. Had to take them to the vet And get medicine Which was Costly After paying for the boarding. I took my dogs to Jowls and meow's In Mt. Orab. They took excellent care Of our Babies The place did not smell it was very clean and our One dog is a little temperamental She allowed me to go back and put her In the kennel and allow me to come and take her out of the kennel The other place would not allow us to do that. They neglected my dog my dog got bloat was suffering for a day and a half no phone calls from them that something was wrong with my dog I got there to take my dog out for a couple hours when I arrived she was in critical condition very lethargic couldn’t walk terrible to go to the med vet and it was so severe I had to put my dog down. This dog was my child. This broke my heart. They did not take care of my dog. They neglected my dog and let my dog suffer. I would never take a dog to this place ever. I don’t know how these people lay their head down...
