I thought twice about leaving a review but then I realized that my experience can help someone. I went for my first ever gel mani. The girl was nice and talked during the manicure. The space is small and older fashioned country setting, not the cleanest I’ve seen, smelled heavenly though. I wasn’t happy with the gel mani, there were places where top coat hadn’t been even, some color was on my cuticles or not over far enough. One of my fingers ended up very sore after the mani I guess from lifting dead skin which I had a lot of. I actually went back a few days later to ask for a refund and they made it difficult and told me the owner might work something out which was not certain. I never received refund and staff was rude during that period, ended up leaving. Unfortunately won’t go back. First gel mani but wasn’t dumb to how they should be done, shine didn’t last and color was transparent in some areas. I’m not a person who likes to complain about anything, but service wasn’t...

My visit was awful ! Had appt to get my nails done My spot was at 1 was called back 125 and was told she didn't have time to do them I left but called back to let the manager/ owner guy know that it wasn't my fault that she ran 1/2 hour into my appointment and couldn't do them He said he heard the conversation and she said nothing wrong I told him if he were the manager owner that he was needed to have a conversation with his employees because this wasn't good business and he said you know what Tricia F you! I went in to get an Ombre of brown fading into platinum blonde, the stylist said she knew exactly how to do it. When it was all said and done I walked out with my brown roots still showing and what looked like brown lowlights throughout my already blonde hair. When I asked for a refund or for them to fix it they wanted me to come back in for a consultation. Then I'd need to schedule another appointment and pay full service again for them to fix it.
