I used to come here back in 2014 2015 and 2016 then once again in like 2018 I believe and I remember it being packed full of actors, the house was so tight we used to get so close to the actors. The hayride had monsters everywhere! The maze trail was drowning in killer clowns! It was so much fun. Then covid hit and they did a drive thru and we havenāt been since. Tonight the house was still small and tight. But they wouldnāt let our group of 7 people go through as they said not everyone would get scared at all. We saw why. Only the person in the front got the scares. Barely anyone in the back end would see anything. It needed to be bigger inside but it was still so much better than the hayride and the maze trail. And thatās pretty bad. (Itās called maze trail because it is a trail through the corn donāt get confused itās def not a maze). But the hayride was absolutely a bust along with the corn field. The hayride had sooo many opportunities that were empty. There were no scenes and no actors nothing even happening. They donāt even have the tractor follow the hayride anymore! Even the scenes that had actors, there were only 1 maybe 2 if you were lucky. Then the maze trail was horrible. It had only 2 actors with chainsaws. They were at the very beginning and very end. It was just a walk through the corn in the dark. No one jumped at you throughout. It was just blah. Best part of the house used to be the big ram animal but he didnāt do much like he used to. Wonāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor a smaller attraction, they did a great job. Opening weekend left us with most of the place to ourselves as there were few other visitors. This made it even more enjoyable as the children with us were 4 & 6 and it was their first haunted Halloween experience. The hayride was a blast, no "tears of fear" were shed through the ride, plenty of high fives to go around as the boys were quite outgoing towards the staff. Hayride success... āļø The Haunted House was not quite as successful as tears began just walking through the door. Lollies were given prior to the start in an attempt to soften the blow gowever... both children required carrying through the majority of the attraction. Kudos to staff, they did a really great job with the scares & keeping it fresh with excitement. Hoping they approach every night with that kind of energy because we truly enjoyed them. I won't give away what's inside though I will say they were wonderful with small children. Some of the hallways could have been a bit wider for accommodation, I'm a tiny person & carrying a small 4 year old made some of those areas snug to maneuver through, same with the others on our party. Definitely didn't take away from our night. Unfortunately we chose to forego the maze due to the presence of the little ones though we may still return to complete it. If you have the time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is AWEEEEESOME! We bought the tickets for both Haunted House and the Hay Ride...we did not make it to the hayride cause our 13yr old son was so scared of the farmhouse he almost threw up! That's how good it was...the Menatar was crazy scary and ridiculous! They have live goats behind fences in the one area...definitely adds to the intensity when you have a large man in a goat mask with a chainsaw chasing you and live goats "ba-ing" at you! It was definitely well worth the money spent! They also have a gift shop, concessions, and daytime "non" scary corn mazes and hayrides for the littler Halloween goers! A must check It out for any...
