I can't say about the fair but the light show is not worth 20 dollars, it's only like 100 feet long ! They are even in the same league as the one in butler and then you walk inside and they do have alot to do but everything is over priced and there r no mac machines, n no signs telling you this.. they should post it on their website and have signs everywhere saying cash only for everything.. plus for the amount of money they are making n with the covid going around I was really surprised that they didn't have any hot water in the bathrooms at all, so u wash ur hands in ice cold water, well I'm no doctor but I'm pretty sure that cold water isn't killing any germs if anything it probably spreads it!! But if u do happen to have a few hundred cash on u or u read my review then it could be a good time although I would try to pass on the light show...
Read moreSo they brought all these pigs into a big barn and wrangled em into the pit one by one and each pig got the limelight apparently they have an attraction for animals round here because it turned out to be some sorta deranged beauty pageant but anywho I was behind the iron grated "dugout" (not sure what they call it in farm world) and this one astronomically huge hairy hog kept pressing the his rear end against the bar...thought it just like oopsied it but ten mins later I look down and it's rhythmically bumping up that thang against it and nobody else even noticed....what was I supposed to do say "sir look" and point at it? Read moreWe love Westmoreland County Fair/Fairgrounds. We come every year. It can get really crowded depending on what time you come (always come earlier in the day) but don’t let that stop you! The delicious food you’ll eat and the great time you will have makes the few extra minute wait time totally worth it. There is everything imaginable to eat, parking is free and plentiful and there’s a TON of things to do!
