This is by far the worst place I have EVER done business with! I placed an order on line and received an email asking to confirm by calling or answering the pop-up that asked if it was me or not. This gets sent to a no-reply email address. I called and left a message that never got returned. I did the web chat on their page twice. The first person said it would be shipped and it never was. The second person said they would take care of it and I would receive a tracking number that day. I never got it. Another telephone conversation and the lady tried to push the blame on me and hung up the phone.

Very knowledgeable and even said up front they aren't a repair center. But the kind lady I dealt with diffinately knew what she was talking about. I had a dryer which stopped working. Called and she told me it's probably a temp fuse, a door switch or a start switch. She advised to start with the fuse and work my way up(cheapest to most expensive). This was great advise and the fuse fixed the problem. She also told me to make sure all the lint is cleaned out because that's what pops these fuses(which I did). Other companies may have tried to see all 3 items or even something more expensive. Great up front company I will use them again and refer all to use this business!...

Coastline has been on E. Montague since I was a boy and I am almost 51! They are friendly, helpful and have the part you need 99 percent of the time. I have done business with them for over 30 yrs and never encountered bad customer service. You can order your needed parts online but will have to wait for shipping and without consultation with someone like Coastline you have a good chance of ordering the wrong part.
