CHC Home Center — Local services in Mountain Grove

Will not ever be going here again, first of all when I walked I went the gentlemen in the vest with the walkie ,who worked, there for assistance and as I'm attempting to talk him about what I needed he proceeded to walk right by me like he didn't even hear or acknowledge me. Went to the cashier for help, she acted like it was an inconvenience for me to just talk to her, but thank got the attention of the guy that ignored me to help me. He did at least take me to the right part of the store where there was another associate where he asked her for help, and neither one of them could help me. So after I found what I needed after I told them, I can figure it out now that I'm In the right section, I proceed to check out. The same cashier that was rude to me earlier. Ask me four a sku number for the part which I was unaware of what it was, but I did have the price. So she handed me the part back and told me she needs a sku number for this part.Otherwise she can't help me making it my responsibility that she doesn't know how to do her job or even radio to the lady. In the section that was all the way on the other side of the store to get, I then promptly told her I would overpay her just so I could leave that way. I could avoid having to walk all the way to the other side of the store to do her job. What she then rudely told me that she'll go do it. This is why I can't stand doing business in Mountain Grove, Are businesses just like this. I walked out in frustration and because I was insulted by how rude she was, I will never be doing business at this establishment again. Or any subsidiary CHC stores in the future...

Prices are kind of high on some things like a certain weed eater I bought recently was $50 more expensive than another store that had the exact same weed eater. No difference at all. I really needed the weed eater and the other store was going to be closing soon so I couldn't make it in time, how to get the weeds knocked down for a time sensitive project. The other day I bought a 3/4-in drill bit and paid $28 for it, I went to drill some 3/8 mild steel and the bit hardly made a dent in the steel. Also with cutting oil and everything else necessary to have a quality cut hole, the bit was garbage. Not only was it garbage but I couldn't get a refund or replacement bit. Had a guy resharp in it but he said the material was not very quality and it would dull pretty fast. And it still never drilled completely through. So I'm really disappointed in this store for not having better service on an expensive drill bit that...

Went to look at kitchen cabinets, no one there that day that knows anything about them, went back couple days later and there was someone that works in that section, showed him and told him what I wanted and ask for price, he said he would have to call and get price, so gave him my name and phone number and never did hear back, got tired of no help there so went to Lowes and bought almost the same thing and got it same day Done doing business with the one in...
