Well for starters, they have none of the doors or corners or exits marked, not to mention one of the exits being a literal hole in the wallBut also,my fiance and I went tonight,I had already started to have a panic attack once we got in there which I had no clue was going to happen, and it became hard to breathe and when I verbally communicated that,I was ignored completely and the actors continued to scare and mess with me.Once we entered leatherface's room,my glasses fell off my face and we were rushed out by the actor, when my fiance went back to grab them, the actor wasn't very considerate about it.Once I had my glasses back i was crying and shaking and struggling to get my glasses back on,which I cannot see anything without, and as I was struggling and crying, the leatherface actor did not give me even a minute to get my glasses back on,he immediately came at us with the chainsaw again, even knowing I couldn't see without my glasses, this caused me to get scared and try and run away again, causing me to drop my glasses and run into a wall that was impossible to see,as it was black and blended well and I already was blind without my glasses, causing me to end up busting my face and break my glasses by stepping on them in the dark,so needless to say I'm not happy with how I wasn't given a minute to be able to see again before he chased after me and caused me to get injured, and how one of the clown actors acted rude and was trying to scare and push us out because he acted annoyed by me hyperventilating and having a panic attack where I could not breathe,I left there with a giant welp on my cheek that bled thats turning into a black eye and absolutely ruined glasses. I have worked a haunted house for 8 years and even I know that's not how customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went through the decor was amazing left very little to the imagination. Can definitely tell that the rooms are well thought out and complete. The detail in some of them is surreal. The ticket booth was very polite the doorman was very much the spirit of the place or the hype man if you will. A couple of the actors when I had to slow down to avoid joining up with another group was very polite and kept me entertained during the wait. Had a wonderful time and for 20 to 25 dollars depending whether you go with regular or vip I would definitely say it's something to atleast give a try if you haven't been but I am definitely going again. I usually don't do reviews but I seen on Facebook a lady had an issue and I wanted to prevent negative people from negatively impacting what to me seems like a great well managed business. If you go through just try to have fun treat the workers like you should just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was one of our top haunted experiences this year. We went on Saturday night and they seemed like they were a bit understaffed but they still put on an amazing experience. Lot's of frights and screams and the ticket staff was so friendly. They asked where we were from and considering we drove 1:45 to get there that was so welcoming. They also have homemade hot chocolate which we did not get to try but sounded amazing and with the quality of the staff i could tell it would have not disappointed. If you are in the area don't miss this one, even if you have to skip the monster corn maze down the street you will not be disappointed by this...
