Above and Beyond Expectations! We had switched our business phone from TDS to Mulberry. Since we were the first commercial switch, there were a few issues here and there. At any point, I could call and get the issues resolved. They took extremely great care of us! Unfortunetly, we relocated and could not take Mulberry with us! We ended up back with TDS and that was a nightmare trying to get the business number ported. Mulberry had done all that was requested on their end, TDS did not. 2 weeks I had no business phone! Mulberry had to reconnect and jump through hoops to get our business number forwarded so we could at least receive calls. Even after a week, TDS still had not cared enough.. But Randy from Mulberry contacted me every day and even a few times through out the day of the port to make sure all got taken care of!! Can't thank you enough for the Above and Beyond Care you have given.. even when we have to leave as customers, you still supported us more than the competitor! Thank...

Can't say enough good things about these folks. During a pandemic, they went above and beyond to run fiber to our property. We went from painfully slow wireless broadband to screaming fiber overnight and I've able to work from home during COVID without a hitch. Extremely responsive to any calls or questions and their install and service techs are great. And last week they lowered my monthly bill! This week a severed line took out my router (not their fault). I called after hours one evening and they were out the next day to replace it with a new Gigaspire unit. Their internet is fine, but the TV is terrible. We got rid of Direct TV in June and will get it back tomorrow because of all the problems with their TV at Mulberry. They are always helpful and nice on the phone and in house, but our TV service is consistently bad. Pauses in picture, loss of sound, unable to rewind, and 6 or 7 other faults. Box constantly turns off on its own. NEVER AGAIN....
