Excellent car buying experience. I would highly recommend getting a used car from this dealership. The cars are in great condition, and are very well priced. I worked with Chris, who was a very patient and knowledgeable salesman. He went above and beyond when it came to finding just the right car to not only fit my budget, but also my expectation. I was not happy with my first selection due to reviews on the car, so I called Chris and he was more than happy to help me find another car. I selected a different car which was a little bit more money, both in price and monthly insurance. I found out the next day that my husband was laid off. I called Chris and told him I needed to switch to a cheaper car, again Chris went out of his way to arrange for me to get another car, that would fit my budget better. I have never experienced a car lot that would do that for their customer; most would say too bad you bought it, but not Budget! This is the reason why I refer people to budget, and to Chris, because they actually care about you as a person, not just...

Working with their internet sales team has been a great hassle. Their website contains a link to search their inventory, which is just a bait link to garner your contact information. Once you do give them some for of contact they say that portion of the web site is under construction.

Once I was contacted by the internet sales team, and I brought this fact up, they stated that they have no intention of posting inventory, as they are the "number one dealer in the state of KY" and they do that so that their number one priority is to save me "Time and Money." Updating as many as 7 vehicles a day would not be in their best interest.

I've been dealing with them via email for three and a half hours, and have yet to be given any information about any of their in stock vehicles. This does not save me time. He also criticized other dealerships that use a fake "bait" vehicle to get customers to their lot, but did not appreciate the fact that their serch inventory link is a "bait link" to get customers...

I had theeeeee best car buying experience at Knox Budget Car Sales. My salesman was Colin and I have nothing but good praises for this guy. He drove all the way to the west end of Louisville in 100+ degree weather to come get me and my sis so I could find me a car on the lot. I had a bad experience with The Car Store like most people. after getting rid of that over priced piece of junk I became desperate for another car. They worked with me for what I had to put down and put me in a car that I simply love! I wish I would have went here first! And I can't forget about Kurtis! He filled my tank as a courtesy since I would have driven home on E. Thanks so much Kurtis and Colin.... you definitely made me a happy buyer and I can't wait to come back for my next new car. The service at this location is the best.
