Oh boy where should I start. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They absolutely took advantage of me due to my young age. I am 20 years old. I went in to try to trade in my truck which was a 2016 Silverado which was in perfect condition and booked for $29,000 that I still owed on for a cheap car that would cost me $4500 after they payed off the truck. They did great on that part. We had originally found the vehicle that we wanted at the Radcliffe location and Radcliffe wouldn’t even begin to work out a deal with us, they wanted us to add another vehicle to the trade in and we would still have to pay $6,000 out of pocket. Then me and my wife drive over to the main office and we looked at a few vehicles and decided we didn’t like those. So they brought the car we liked from Radcliffe over and they worked it out to where I only gave them my truck and I would pay $4500 out of pocket. I was so happy when I left. The next day the vehicle broke down due to the alternator being bad (not even 24 hours after being off the lot and only 2 hours of driving the vehicle) even tho I bought an as is car I had high hopes that they would help on it. Boy was I wrong, got in contact with the manager and he refused to even consider paying for the part. He did however offer to get me a discount on the part but I would have to drive almost an hour from home to get the part and it would only save me $10. So I payed for the part from my local auto parts store and replaced it. All is good right. No, 14 days after the deal, the bank contacted me and said the no payment had been made on my truck and I had to make a payment. So I payed it and called budget car sales and they told me that it takes 10 days after receiving the payoff value. After a few days and at the 10 day mark of them receiving the pay off value nothing had been done and my truck was still unpaid for. So I called and they said that the check wasn’t sent until the next day or that next Monday so there for wasn’t 10 days so they weren’t worried about it. So I gave them 2 more days and called back because it was still unpaid and they kept telling me it should be there. After 4 or 5 days of calling every morning and evening and not getting anywhere ( now 20 or so days after the deal was made I was fed up ) I told the sales man the truck needed to be paid for before the end of day. So at a hour after the bank closed I called up to budget and asked to speak to the manager. Needless to say he did not care. I told him “ this has gone on for too long I need something done with this “ his response “okay” I then told him “ you guys have 24 hours to pay or they have 3 options. I would be in the office the next evening to either pick up a check and deliver it to the bank and they could join if they would like or I would pick up the keys and take the truck home, or option number 3, I could contact my lawyer and have we would deal with it that way “ keep in mind that I was respectful up until he responded with “ i think I will go with option 3 “ after that I lost it and was beyond mad. I assured him that he has 24hours to pay or he will be contacted by my lawyer and he told me “ I’ll cut this real short, you have 24 seconds on the left on the phone” so I told him “ 24 hours” he continued getting smart with me and so I said “F you and bye” then hung up the phone. 30 minutes later the check was hand delivered to my bank (I guess someone was there after hours because I called 5 minutes before the bank closed and no one had been there to pay off my loan)Yes I did cuss him and yes I did include this into review because I want this to be an honest review and include everything I was told. So basically they tried their best to take advantage of the situation until I was forced to contact a lawyer and get them involved then I guess it set a fire under their butts and forced them to pay off the loan before they got into trouble. Upfront you are met with the nicest of car salesman that really seam to care about you but the real issue is with management and in the customer service...
   Read moreOnly reason I am giving one star is because it won't allow me to give zero. Only positive thing I have to say is employees are nice. Started on a Sunday around lunch... there was a miscommunication between my husband and I with the sales associate we were working with. After expressing my disheartening experience with another associate the next day, I was quickly contacted by our original sales associate who apologized, told me he had good news and asked my husband and I to come in that evening. I work long days but still went in that evening. Our sales associate was working with someone else so we had the ability to sit down with another young gentleman who laid some options out for us.... We sat there until the dealership closed waiting to figure out this "good news". Our first visit we made it clear that we had worked hard to get our credit to where it currently is and didn't want massive amounts of hard inquiries done. We specifically gave a limit of 3. After being told that there was "good news" and "banks wanting to work with us" and "no we have completed everything we needed to do" as I sat there, I learned they completed SEVEN inquiries on my credit. I left the dealership before I could completely lose my temper and my husband asked them to please just contact us the next day when they had things figured out... Our goal from this was to get out from under our 500.00 a month car payment that we have a lot of negative equity with... you know that commercial... "Doesn't matter how much you owe..." we have all heard it a thousand times. Their option for us??? Bring 4 grand in and we can get you into something else... OR ... Trade in Both of your vehicles and we will get you two more paying 400.00 EACH a month... call me crazy.. but i think 800.00 a month is just a tad more than 500.00. While it looks like the majority of the customers have been beyond satisfied with this dealer for the people.. I am one that will from here forward happily give a negative review for the inconsistency of service we had, the exaggeration of the commercial that we are all forced to hear, the inability to follow simple requests from a customer... and lets not forget the fact that there is no way to contact anyone there via a website/email (only phone) to express your unhappiness other than writing a review like this for everyone...
   Read moreHorrible experience salesman was Jerimaiah bought a 2014 f150 truck was told that the all breaks were just done before we bought it. We have had it two weeks first problem was we left the dealer it was late they were closed we got to bottom of muldraugh hill and noticed a low tire pressure light come on only to pull over and see 2 screws in the back tire. Called salesman next day and was told they wouldn't do anything. Next was the back up camera was told it would be fixed at time of purchase by sales man had to return for a appointment to have service done only to find that the couldn’t fix it left and called multiple occasions was hung up on took days for response finally received 200$ dollars in a check to get an after market camera instead of actually fixing the stock one. Now here we are two weeks later to have noticed a rattle and the vehicle pulling and the breaks squeaking. After an inspection at Michael tires we were told there is 3000 dollars worth of repairs that need to be done so that the truck is safe on the road. Back breaks are metal on metal the front driver side strut is broken and the break lines are collapsed. We have been calling for 2 days now was told that we needed to speak to the Gm of the location have called over 6 times to be told the gm was busy and they had 6 people in the store. So I guess since they have already sent in my loan stuff which they were very quick to take my down payment and start my loan. This isn’t just about being out the money but also has transported my son. That is my family’s safety. They don’t care about safety of the people they are selling these cars to only worried about the money they are brining in. If I could give a zero star review I would. Was told today by a staff member was we didn’t purchase the protection plan so our problems probably wouldn’t be fixed. Still awaiting a call from the gm have been waiting all day for the call. wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. The fact that all of this is wrong with the vehicle shows that they don’t do any kind of safety checks on the vehicles they are selling. They are selling...
