It’s a pretty great card shop. But I have no words for how helpful these people that work there are. I didn’t get any names but everyone of them helped me in some way. Not even apart of there job responsibility. But they went out of there way with a pre-release going on to to help me look for my car keys. The key detached from the fab so it was just a piece of metal on the ground and I also lived a hour and a hour and a half away. But we found it. Then I go to start the car with the piece of metal that was my car fab. I put it in backwards 😅 just shows you how my day was going. So it gets stuck. I go back in and this one guy helps me with that situation. Helps me get my key out: Then I’m good to go after that right? No… the battery seemed to be dead. I go back and that same guy was going to give me a boost. But when I went back out there and tried to turn my car back over again it starts up. Absolutely wonderful place!!! Not only a great selection with great help, but they truly go above and beyond. My son purchased a gun while on vacation with his grandfather. When he got home to West Virginia he set it all up went to shoot it and the gun shorted out 2 new batteries and still hadn't fired a shot. We realized the gun itself had a manufacturer defect but of course we couldn't hardly drive the 14 hrs back to Munford to return it to the store. My son of course also lost the receipt and without it we had no access to the manufacturer warranty. I got in touch with the store explained the situation and they searched through numerous receipts to find it and sent us a copy so we could get what we needed. I had no credit card information and few details to help them out in their search, and they still made sure to get us the receipt and everything we needed so we could get him a replacement. I live in Arkansas and used to play at NEA Extreme Sports before they shut down. Ever since I've been looking for another location to play airsoft. I have finally found it. BWM has 25 acres of wooded land so it feels like you're having a brawl in the forest. Not to mention the shop is literally on the way so you have time to get spare clips ammo and even new AEGs if you want. Entry is 10$ and it's only 15$ for a rental weapon.
