United States Postal Service — Local services in Munford

Been living at our address for over 40+yrs have never had an issue with my mail, mailbox nor mail carrier, then recently a little ignorant girl who has been the mail carrier lately Emily Stacey has ran over my mailbox 2 different times now knocking it over and when confronted after the 3rd time of watching it happen! she refused to deliver our mail, bills everything for over 4days! So when I called the office because enough is enough! They were also ignorant as well and said they already heard from Emily Stacey and that they didn’t care what we had to say, seen or had on camera! That we need to replace the mailbox or they would withhold our mail even longer! So we went out of our way to spend $$ on new mailbox and mailboxes aren’t cheap even though our current mail box has been the same thing for over 40yrs no issues! So we replaced mailbox and she has just still continued harassing us trying to cause issues! she takes pictures of our house and mailbox everytime she drives by it and it’s all on video camera we have security cameras! Her hitting the box twice everything recorded and when the office was informed of records they still didn’t care and refuse to do anything to this little witch she obviously doesn’t need to be a mail carrier! Hitting peoples mailboxes! Cursing at folks when confronted! Harassment! So forth! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS EMPLOYEE because enough is enough! HANDLE...

The Munford post office at 25 Bass Street is the WORST in the state of Tennessee. The mail lady constantly puts other people's mail in my mailbox and I have had several packages put in other people's mailboxes.

My street address is written right on my mailbox so there is no confusion, yet I still get mail that doesn't belong to me. Today is December 11, 2020 and I was supposed to get a package from Walmart but it didn't show up. I checked the status of my order and it says the package was delivered in my mailbox but it isn't there. Obviously it was put in someone else's mailbox.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. The man working the counter cussed at me and threatened to call the police on me for the special instructions I left on an email for redelivery of my package. This should not be how a federally funded organization operates. I’m sitting here right now shaking because of how rude the counter clerk was. There is no reason as to why anyone would choose the USPS over any other shipping method if this is how their unwilling customers...
