The people that work there were very nice and helpful. Even recommended another place that was more suited for what I'm looking for I really respected the advise they gave.

I also told them I was just bought a used rc that was currently messed up so they even suggested some some parts they had in stock that were in my budget to help me fix mine.

Placed an order on their website for $45 worth of merchandise. Their inventory was incorrect and $33 of the items weren't actually in stock. Rather than proactively emailing me, they were still going to ship two tiny items and charge me 50% of the value of the items for shipping. Luckily, I saw the order adjustment email quick enough and got them to cancel the entire order. No apology or thanks in their response though. Just "I’ll cancel it all then...." (verbatim)...
