Outstanding Stellar Customer Service! Before visiting Mid Tenn Furniture, I had messaged to inquire in stock mattresses. I received immediate responses to my questions and was very pleased so I drove right over. I was greeted with friendly smiles and taken to the mattresses. Clay showed me the one that suited my price range and another Serta at a higher quality, a bit higher price, but didn't push it. Staying within my budget I chose the lower priced mattress. Clay explained he had the same mattress that supports both shoulder and lower back, which being a back sleeper, is just what I need. I've lived in Murfreesboro 8 year's now and didn't know this store existed. What I really like about this place, is I am supporting a local business started by Brandon Brewer, operator/owner. He had been a general manager for a place and decided to start his own business. His wife gave up her 10 year teaching career to help make this business happen. Clay, a long time friend of Brandon's, didn't hesitate to join in when Brandon asked him to come work for him. Teamwork is key to a Successful Business and they're making it happen! I'll have my mattress delivered tomorrow at no additional cost and my old one hauled off for a reasonable 50.00. Read moreI thought I had bought the perfect couch here. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. That's the end of my positive experience.
This was the first time I had ever bought a couch brand new, so I got the 5 year warranty, naively thinking this would cover me if something happened to my new furniture. Well, when the couch was delivered, we found it was broken in 3 places. Scary, but there's a warranty, so no issues, right? Wrong. The first "fix" lasted less than a day. We've had the repair guy out twice, and the couch is still broken.
They're saying that they might be able to replace the pillows, (we don't know for sure yet), but the repair guy says there's nothing wrong with the frame, even though it's visibly dipping on one end.
Why even sell a 5 year warranty if you refuse to fix the couch and it hasn't even been a year yet?
I should have gotten a couch at Goodwill. It would have lasted longer.

Keep getting run around and Brandon the owner is hard to reach and isn't in half the time. Brandon promised the Puffy bundle if he couldn't get DreamCloud but the salesman (Clay) has no information about that. Word of caution to confirm they have all the items you want in their warehouse before buying. Update 3/19/2024 *
The owner (Brandon) backed up his commitment to resolving my issue by replacing the backordered Resident bundles with ones from Puffy that he ordered. Brandon provided daily updates along with the carrier tracking information and had them delivered to my home. Revising stars from 1 to 5.
