My daughter's phone was recently infected with a virus, and we were both feeling stressed. I called the Veterans Parkway store, and Ryan answered—he was immediately helpful and reassuring. When we arrived, we were greeted right away with no wait, and Ryan got to work without hesitation.

He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and kind. He shared a personal story about accidentally downloading a virus when he was younger, which helped my daughter feel less alone in the moment. I have to give a huge shout out to Samantha who was more than kind to me this past week. I called on her to help me with a situation where I was scammed over the phone from someone who claimed to be ATT. I called her and then even went by her store to seek guidance on what to do in this situation. She gave her valuable time to go over what had happened and what I should do going forward. She quickly realized my case was a scam even though others from another ATT store across town completely shrugged the case off as not a scam. When I came in there was no customers in the store, which was pretty shocking. I was greeted as I walked in the door and was helped immediately. The guy that was in training was very knowledgeable but still asking questions to help him understand certain things. The trainer was very patient and helped with every issue they came across really efficiently. My problem was solved in less than 15 minutes, which is the fastest I've ever experienced.
