Last reply: I appreciate the refund and hopefully, if a future order is made a more pleasant experience will occur.
With all due respect, I am super busy and apologize I did not provide exact dates of order etc. Reguardless, the chocolates were delivered to our residence in one of the coldest time frames in SAT history and we also keep our own spot on conservative temp side, so the temperature would have not been a factor. And I had no choice but to reach out to your company because I gave most the product out as gifts and received multiple negative feedback and felt horrible on how much i bragged about your chocolates. And the only way I found out about your Cowgirl Chocolates was from an older streaming series- Unwrapped. I called and texted the only number I was given in a pamphlet(insert) that accompanied the chocolates. I called, left messages and auto recording also said that number receives text, so I sent multiple text with picture proof as well and I still have proof of texts and dates. I wanted to give your company a chance to make things right and prove the chocolates were as good as seen in the show. And yes we did have a text conversation before the order and my apologies for no longer having that particular contact information and hence getting the contact info off the insert. When my calls/texts were ignored, I worried that my friends, family and I were duped and dumped off with bad product and I felt I had to be a warning with world wide community and hence the honest review.
Order received in January was stale, hard, crumbly, tasteless and/or bitter truffles and choclate bars; also wrapped in old/ scuffed or used wrappers. Cowgirl Choclates did not provide as advertised and definitely not the quality as shown in their "how its made" video. Multiply messages and pictures were sent to Customer Service and all were ignored; apparently Cowgirl Choclates does not care they sold...
Read moreStumbled across "Cowgirl Chocolates" while searching the internet for spicy chocolate for my husband. He now told me that the only chocolate he wants to eat is Cowgirl spicy chocolates! :) He highly recommends the spicy dark chocolate raspberry truffle and the spicy huckleberry bar. I suggest getting a mix of truffles so you can try both the regular and spicy flavors. Delicious! And the staff is always friendly and helpful! I live in FL and they contacted me to ask if it was ok to wait to ship my order placed over the weekend until Monday so the chocolate didn't sit in a holding facility all weekend. Thank you, thank you! Very...
Read moreStopped in for the 1st time yesterday, which was Valentine's Day. I had no intention of buying chocolates, but I loved that I could choose what I wanted & buy it by the piece (they have boxed sets too). I enjoyed the spicy chocolates (& I'm not a big fan of spicy things). Also bought 2 types of Tea Candy & Sour Tangerine hard candies - also very pleased - so tasty!!
Kaitlyn (I think that's her name? She was wonderful. ) was super helpful & friendly & made it fun to shop there! They had some unique antique teapots & tea cups too.
Will DEFINITELY be...
