Worst showroom experience ever. Receptionist knew nothing about types of vanities and was not at all helpful when it came to the options for getting one with Ferguson.
Did not mention that showings were by appointment only on Saturday’s due to COVID-19 while on the phone inquiring about stock.
When we arrived and she informed us of this, she was also very confused about whether or not they were currently at capacity to even let us in. After telling us she could take our name and number to let us inside, we informed her of the fact that it did not indicate on their website they were by appointment only nor did she let us know over the phone.
She told us we could walk around and look before dropping her pen and notebook on the desk and dropping herself in her chair and telling us we needed to sanitize before entering the showroom due to COVID. If they truly were at capacity, she would have been less rude and would have accepted our offer to wait before we could go in since we had traveled a while to get here.
While we began to look at vanities near the entrance, her rude whispers to her co-worker were fairly audible.
As we walked around looking their options, we discovered that “at capacity” essentially meant 2 couples. We spent only 4 minutes looking around due to limited showroom options for vanities.
Upon walking towards the front to leave, a couple had just arrived who had made an appointment. She informed them that they were going to have to wait and that she would have to take their names and phone numbers since they were certainly at capacity, turning to look towards us with a very nasty look on her face so as to insinuate that we were the cause of her troubles. The husband said, “But we have an appointment..?” We said “It’s alright, we were just leaving.” The husband said, “well those two are leaving, can we come in?” I do not think his aggravation at the receptionist was a haste conclusion. He apparently had spoken to her on the phone as well.
If this receptionist keeps her job a day longer, it will come as a great surprise.

Read moreI wanted to take the time to email you about Lori Hager. We started working with Lori at the beginning of 2021 and have found her to be exceptional. We had a unique situation wherein we live in the country of Malta so communicating, designing and planning our new home had some serious long distance challenges, pandemic challenges and lack of inventory challenges.
We worked with Lori on our appliances, lighting and plumbing for which we have been very satisfied. Of course there have been issues to resolve or compromises to make but Lori's professionalism and ability to adapt to these problems helped get us through.
We worked with numerous vendors during the build and I can tell you there were few that provided us with the same type of service that Lori provided. We have enjoyed working with Lori and always felt at ease in letting her know our expectations and on a few occasions our disappointment. She always managed to come up with solutions which in this environment was extremely helpful.
I hope you will pass on our comments to those within the organization. Please let Lori know how much we appreciate her and all that she has done to make our experience as enjoyable...
Read moreFerguson is a large company with lots of options however do not buy their extended warranty package. A little known fact about this company is they purged all of their customer data after one year. Needles to say filling a warranty claim three years after your purchase is a nightmare to say the least and they will not help you in anyway to file the claim because they simply do not have your customer data. Call me old-fashioned but I find this to be absolutely unacceptable especially considering “extended warranties cost anywhere from $300 to $500”when purchasing such highend items. My advice is to avoid this place at all cost and to do your business at the big box stores like Home Depot, Lowe’s or other higher end franchises at least when you purchase an item they will keep your information on file and are happy...
