Customer Service was TERRIBLE. Booths were GREAT, stocked, and full of vintage!! Most Booths were marked with SALE signs. We drove 2 hours to go antique shopping, had the best time, until we checked out at Trends and Treasures Merchant Mall. I informed the lady checking us out, that most of the items we purchased were from booths with Sales, and had grouped them. She completed the purchase, and said she took off discounts. She asked me to start wrapping the glassware I had purchased, bc it was getting close to closing time. When I reviewed the receipt, she didn’t give the discounts of 25% off on 8 of the items we purchased. We spent over $500!! When i questioned her about the 8 items, she didn’t want to go back and allow the discounts, and said I should take pics of sale signs to show cashiers, bc she didn’t notice it on the list beside her register. I walked to the booth to take a picture of the sale sign, showed the cashier. The 2nd cashier said, they should have been rung up with a discount and fixed it. Instead of bagging our items, and allowing us to leave, she checked out the customer behind us. I asked the cashier if they required customers to usually wrap and box their purchases. After that, she then began to box our items. Management- Please view the video recording of...
Read moreThis place was very much a treasure! Large but not too large. You're greeted upon entering. And also when you're leaving... whether you bought something or not. There was plenty of parking and a real plus whether you're a vendor or a customer... they stay open until six PM. If you're working at a 9-5 job, this is the type of place you're looking for.
They have plenty of different vendors with a great inventory. Also important... very well lit so you can see . Many times when you're shopping in a place that has booths... there's a lot of shadows.
My purchases were wrapped very well which is a most definite plus. And with a smile.
The person that waited on me was named Garrett. The vendors and the customers both benefit a great deal by having someone like that behind the counter.

Read moreWe ended up all the way up here hitting flea markets along the border with TN and were pleasantly surprised. There was a wide variety of vendors and products for sale. We go flea marketing with a group and managed to actually fill the bed of the truck for the first time in a long time.
The ladies found all sorts of tea pots and glassware and just about everything else you could think of. I feel like I'm the one that hit the homerun with the diecast Speed Racer and Racer X cars. Too bad it's over 2 hours from us or we would put this place on our...
