I was searching the internet for a specific left handed rifle that was out of stock everywhere and found it on Genie’s website. I took a chance and purchased it but didn’t get a confirmation email so I called them the next day. Well when I called they knew exactly who I was. I learned they are a small family owned sporting goods business that just launched their website and I was their first customer to purchase a gun through it. As with most software there were some bugs but they kept me up to date on the status of my order, helped get my ffl dealer’s info to the distributer and made sure everything was as I expected. I have been to several pawn shops and this is by far the best shop I have EVER been to. I mean normally when u go to a pawn shop, to pawn something , let's face it, most likely u are hurting for money. The owner has worked with me on several occasions, recognozing my financial hardship, and even though he could've made ALOT of money juatafiably from merchandise I have pawned and was well OVER the date that I had to get my stuff back, he still worked with me. Stopped in today to inquire about future firearm transfers. Cool place, and i felt very welcome. Talked to Brian, nice guy and he answered all my questions. I will be doing future business here for sure. Update: Just completed my 3rd or 4th transfer here, and they couldn't be better. Everyone is really nice and they are very quick.
