Rocket Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Muskegon Charter Township

I’ve been to Rocket Pizza & Subs three times at this writing and I expect to order from them more often. The pizza is delicious and I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying it. I just moved to this area and the first night I moved in I was just calling around for someone who would deliver, and I had great service from them and a speedy delivery. The second order I picked the pizza up, as I did tonight. They make an excellent pizza and the garlic bread is fantastic! They also have a lot of items on their menu and I am looking forward to trying other menu items as well. Tonight when I called a gentleman answered and he seemed to be having a rough night, because he was quite rude and was having some difficulty understanding a straightforward order. But the pizza was wonderful and everyone has a bad day...

We ran out of time getting food from Michigans Adventure, so we decided to get a quick pizza. We had never eaten here before, so we ordered a large pep and a mozzarella stick for a family of 4. It was a perfect amount of food. When we pulled up, Im not going to lie, I was nervous of what we were getting because there was blankets over the windows and the drive up window was under the air conditioner, but OH MY was the quality of the food amazing! It was made in a quick amount of time. The mozzarella sticks were a little overdone with cheese missing in one or two, but I know those are harder to perfect. We took it back to the camp site and thoroughly enjoyed it. The sauce was great. Staff that night was nice. Would recommend and will be going...

The first time was okish, i guess. The second time it was horribly disgusting, not just the food but the service (by the owner) and the dripping air conditioner over the drive thru window. Yikes. Our fryer food was the color of dark chocolate and the grease was sludge in the bottom of the container. I can't even imagine walking past the fryer that produced our food as employee let alone the owner and Not changing that smoking, nasty mess. Our subs were also burnt to the point we didn't eat them. All the food went into the trash. After the conversation with the owner when ordering our food, there was no way I was dealing with them again. No reason to call and complain as I am not ever getting food...
