Walgreens — Local services in Naguabo

I went in to buy a drink. The entire bottom of the sink was covered in mold. I checked the rest of them thinking it was just the two I picked up. It wasn’t they were all covered in mold. I told an employee, two of them actually. 8 hours later my wife goes to the same store buys two drinks brings them home BOTH ARE COVERED IN MOLD. The employees just put them back in the cooler did not clean them off or anything. The sad part is now the entire cooler is most likely contaminated. Clearly the management doesn’t care. Horrible service, if pharmacy is busy. Do not come to this Walgreens, besides rude, they lack of customer service knowledge. Just left the place, because they did not have the medication I needed and the technician could not make the call to Humacao Walgreens and find about if I plan an additional trip and go there and get my prescription filled up. Protocol or not the employee lacked the customer service tools to serve me or the community, supervisors take note... just go to a community pharmacy and avoid the chain store...
