I’ve been here a few times from a couple different girls. I’ve never been happy with each cut. However, This last time was the worst and I felt embarrassed having to leave with the haircut I received. Several spots were missed, left too long, some cut to short. I knew I was in for a bad cut the first few seconds into the cut. Using electric trimmers, she quickly with jabbing motions trimmed the side. And the pressure was inconsistent. On some areas I felt it running taut along the scalp, while others areas it was elevated away from the scalp. It was a lot Jabbing back and forth motions, like she was trying to finish the cut in 5 mins flat. I get you get what you paid for but this place is unprofessional. The fact that the stylist let me walk out like I did, shows she didn’t care which is bad… or she doesn’t know what a decent haircut looks like which is way worst. It’s also a red flag that they don’t give a mirror so you can see the back. If I had seen it I would had asked her to cut the longer chunks of hair she missed. When I got home I had to trim my neck hair and trim several areas she missed. Also I asked the girl up front if the owner could call me, I received no call to address my concerns… so I am forced to...

A friend recommended this salon and let me just say I am so glad I booked an appointment. Heather was amazing! Just like healthcare, you look for guidance from the professional and for them to listen to you and that applies to your hair as well! Heather was very professional, she listened to exactly what I wanted, and she made the whole experience very relaxing. I am super tender headed and let’s just say if you are also heather is your girl to go to! She was very gentle, she did not rip your foils out, she brushed softly and most important for us blondies, I felt she took care of my hair! Love love this place and the girls ! This is the only place I go to for my salon and hair needs and it’s always a relaxing g experience! My 10 year old special needs son absolutely loves coming here also and he’s always hated going for a haircut anywhere but he loves coming here also, he said the girls make him calm and he loves letting them wash his hair! He is autistic so I can imagine it’s relaxing , but also surprising cause he has never like anyone touching his head, so for him to say this , and let them wash and cut with very little issue, I’m totally impressed as his mom and as a customer!
