Run, don't walk to get signed up with Oh Deer! They are prompt, kind, courteous, and so diligent. They get every area of the yard. And, I dont mean to bury the lead but the spraying REALLY works, it has reduced the number of ticks adult nymphs. I used to get ten bites during spring spruce up and last year I didnt get any.
