I can't think of a better place to invest in your wedding jewelry. After searching for months for the perfect ring, I came upon The Diamond Gallery of Naperville's website. Sue Voiland cheerfully helped my fiancé and me adapt a current in-store design to a custom design and walked us through from start to finish, from what setting is best for someone who's hands take a daily beating (and thusly, the ring) to the remarkably well-made finished product. We had a bit of a snag with the delivery of the ring and my finance's proposal timeline (not TDGON's fault -- despite TDGON ordering my ring with a Comfort Fit band per our request, the manufacturer forgot to include that feature when they made the ring) and Sue worked miracles to get my engagement ring to my fiancé in time for his planned proposal date. And if that wasn't enough, she even lent me the incorrectly made ring to wear until the replacement ring was finished. Because I lived out of state at the time, Sue arranged a ring swap via UPS overnight delivery --a real nail biting experience because UPS wasn't up to their usual good performance. All ended perfectly well, and I'm so grateful to Sue and The Diamond Gallery of Naperville for being so generous and thoughtful, a very considerate touch from a place of business that I had not anticipated. I've never worked with a company that tried so hard to give their customer so much overall satisfaction, until now. And my ring... it's unbelievably stunning. The craftsmanship is extremely precise, simply flawless; the color and clarity of the diamonds surpassed my expectations, and the included twice-yearly prong checks provide a peace of mind that I hadn't previously considered. I'm still dazzled every single day by this incredibly beautiful ring that inspires so many spontaneous compliments from strangers. I'm looking forward to a lifetime enjoying this sparkling ring, and anticipate shopping at The Diamond Gallery of Naperville for gifts (and myself!) for many, many years to come. Do yourself an enormous favor and...
Read moreAs a guy, a lot of pressure when buying an engagement ring. You need the diamond, the setting and just a whole bunch of other stuff I didn’t know of. Only so much you can web search, Kevin, the owner helped make the process so much easier. He was very helpful and honest. The honesty was much appreciated. I came in knowing what I wanted, but Kevin was able to make some adjustments that worked with in my budget. Even thou it was on the higher end, I don’t regret it! The diamond, the ring was beautiful. My fiancé loved her ring! She was swept off her feet when I proposed! It’s sad to see that Kevin is retiring. Thanks again Kevin! Best regards and wish’s to you! They close shop in January, if you’re in the market for an engagement ring, I hands down recommend The Diamond Gallery of Naperville! There staff is very friendly and very helpful. Patient too, it’s a huge decision in a man’s life and they want it to be as perfect as possible as well as affordable. They don’t rush you. I know I took my time and went back and forth as this is much harder then buying a car, in my opinion. Jennifer helped us out with our bands. Just picked them up and they look amazing! I honestly wish they didn’t have to retire. I don’t want to change jewelers. C'est la vie.......Thank you so much guys for the amazing experience!! We will never forget our...
Read moreThe Diamond Studio are people I trust with my jewelry. Jennifer invariably knows what to do and how to get it done. She never tries to sell me on new pieces when I bring mine in, she works to let m know what can be done and always has ideas. They have taken a mother-in-law ring with 5 amethysts and broken it into 5 beautiful necklaces for the granddaughters. She has guided me on making a necklace out of my mother's 3 carat diamond. She helped me pick the perfect setting for my son's engagement ring (yes my son asked me to pick it out - thankfully his fiancee loved it). I met Jennifer and the Diamond Studio in their former jewelry store and spent some time tracking them down. Now all my friends are going to them. One huge difference is that they/Jennifer know how to fix, create jewelry while other jewelry stores only know how to sell jewelry. Big difference and has helped me recycle pieces to continue to use into our...
