Family Dollar — Local services in Naples

This store messed up a gift card purchase for our employees and tried to make it seem that my husband was buying them fraudulently. The cashier somehow put the purchase through as cash instead of card when my husband ran his card. They then took photos of his plates. Maybe they should see why the cashier was imputing a purchase as cash when it was clearly a card. The cashier was really rude and was taking too long to look at my husbands card as well and now I feel like we are going to have to make sure there are no fraudulant puchases involved. All in all the experience was horrible and felt like a scam. Watch out...

Stopped by here at 9:50 for ONE item and they locked the doors as soon as they saw us get out of our car. When we asked about it, the (not so kind) employee said the lights shut off at 10. When I told her we needed one item, she said the other employee was shutting down her register (the same girl who locked the door when we got out of the car. so, she locked the door then ran to the register to start shutting down intentionally. This is why Naples can’t have good businesses. Can’t find good help. Would love to speak...
