I had a unit for a month and a half for a car. The way the facility is set up there is very little room to maneuver the car. I had to have my husband put it in for me. And take it out for me to take to the shop....I decided I wanted to switch to a KO facility that I could manage getting the car in and out myself. This place is terrible. Not secure and they don’t care about their customers. Missed a payment and they put a lock on my unit which I completely understand, but after payment it was impossible to get someone out to remove the lock. Weeks later after threatening to go to court they told us to go ahead and cut their lock off ourselves. They were told by us that units were broken into and nothing was done. Finally our unit was broken into and valuables stolen. We cleared it out and now get to deal with the headache from the theft. Do not use...

Never really visited and am very glad that I've never had to. Online is better for me. Shay was very polite and efficient. Pleasant personality on the telephone. She is definitely a keeper. Up on her game and resolved my biggest headache...
