I had a Terrible service experience. Took my wife's 2023 GMC Terrain to have a couple issues fixed. I was asked if the technician could take my car home for the night to trouble shoot. I said yes despite that being an odd request. When my wife picked her vehicle up. The Dr seat was filthy and had damage. The floor mat was missing and the floor board was covered in mud. And the low fuel light was on. My wife showed them the damage when she when to pick the vehicle up. Everyone was at lunch so she showed an employee and left. She was told that after lunch someone would call. Nobody called so I stopped by after work. When showing the picture to the guy at the counter I get a crap response. "Let me guess you are saying that we did it" I replied absolutely you did it. My wife keeps everything covered most of the time and works in health care. I can say that i have ever seen here with grease on her. The damage was never there and had fresh grease in the damage. I was told that they would contact a repair guy that they use and contact me. I have not heard back from them. One of my issues was grinding rear brakes that have made a grinding noise since new. They said that they removed rocks from the brakes and charged me saying that it was a non warranty issue. The brakes still sound exactly the same. The next issue is not as much their fault but GMC. I had a high pitch noise coming from the speakers. Turned out that my wife had a rape whistle in the car. Turns out that you can't have a rape whistle in a GMC terrain anywhere near the center console or the speakers produce the most annoying loud pitch noise. This is a GMC issue but I still had to pay $400 because once again not warranty. So $450 bill for a damaged and filthy Dr seat, muddy floor, still noisy brakes, empty fuel because technician drove it home, and apparently you can't have a rape whistle in a GMC without having to hear a high pitch squeal. Which only adds the the GMC terrain Denali being the absolute worse vehicle that I have ever owned. And this facility being the worse service shop in the area. I have had my truck to their diesel shop and they were very good. I can't say the same for their...
Read moreIf you want to deal with an auto dealership that knows how to treat a customer and truly has the customer's back, then you need McCormick Motors from purchase to service, to your total satisfaction with your vehicle. I recently purchased a new vehicle from McCormick's and when it arrived at the dealership it certainly did not meet expectations. Tom Nunemaker-President of McCormick's agreed with my assessment and assured me it would be taken care of. Having dealt with McCormick's in the past, I knew that when Mr. Nunemaker said it would be taken care of, that was his word, and he has never not lived up to his word. Mr. Nunemaker put a team together to resolve the problem and some months later the issue was taken care of to my total satisfaction. Thanks to McCormick Motors team of Tom Nunemaker-President, Josh George-VP and Jacob Moyer-Sales for the fine work that was done to accomplish my...
Read moretraveled three and a half hours from dayton Ohio to purchase a vehicle here. I spoke with Aaron the night before and he assured me there was no other interest and that it would be ready and waiting for me to pick up the following day. so me and my brother both took the day off work, with drew the necessary funds from the bank and got on the road, checking in with Aaron occasionally to update him on our progress. Our last check in was when we were one hour out. Aaron called us 5 minutes before we pulled in to the dealership to inform us that he was in the process of selling it, to someone else. When we questioned his business practices his only response was ''sorry, it happens'' and offered to top off my tank. As a multi business owner my self proper integrity and ethical behavior are two major values of mine and I would hope for the same in anyone I'm doing...
