The gentleman handling the sale was extremely rude and had some sort of animosity I felt towards me as soon as I walked through the door. Brown guy over here.

I called beforehand asking if they had a ring adjuster, he said yes, not having a clue what a ring adjuster was. My man, you're a jewler... 10 minutes into conversing and pulling up pictures and I finally find out he doesn't carry it, all the while bringing up he can cut it, however I told him I don't want to cut it today over and over.

While handling/playing around with his fingers with my brand new ring he slams it on the glass.

Steer clear of this place. There are far better places in the area worthy of your sale.

I truly hope this review impacts their bottom line.

The person managing the store said it was possible to do it for $50, and indeed, I said I did not have the money to get it done at the time. Yes, you said you worked with silver, and yes you said it would take a week. No I did not want you to do this for free because that would be UNREASONABLE. Who in their right mind would ask such a thing?
