Watched teen girls get into a fist fight. No parents in sight for 2 of the girls. The poor employees were telling the girls to leave and they wouldn't listen. Employee called the cops to handle it. While chasing my 2 year old found a bag of white drugs on the floor. Kicked it over to near an employee and asked him to dispose of it, he brought it over to the police who reported it was a baggie of Fentanyl! Glad no young children picked it up and put it in their mouth! After that I began to search the floors better and realized how dirty the place is. Need vacuums and to clean better for sure! Need better rules in place, these unruly teens shouldn't be running around if no parent is present. Especially since they can't respect the employees. Better training for employees for safety and maybe gloves for them to carry with them in case of finding drugs or people being injured. I personally will not be back due to the company this area apparently attracts. Definitely need to make some changes.
Response to owner: I think what you meant to say was THANK YOU for removing the drugs and bringing them closer to the staff to dispose of. I kicked it while walking and thought this looks suspicios and saw an employee up ahead so kicked it a few more times over to him. NO i would not leave it and turn my back on it to run to staff and leave others to potentially pick it up. No i would not pick it up and then pick up my 2 year old after. Your welcome for preventing a possible death or dangerous incident in your buisness! Your welcome for checking on your staff members to make sure they were OK following the fight AND drug incident. Your story about how everything played out is also innacurate. You need a better attitude on how to handle things. Help your staff for their safety. Generally when something occurs, even if it's not of your doing you look for ways to protect both staff and customers in the future. It's called interventions or even a plan of correction. Best of luck with your buisness. And again YOU...
Read moreEither this place has major damage control for google reviews or not enough people have been to this place when it’s an absolute nightmare.
To be fair, when it first opened, Nova was great. But as time has gone on, you can tell that this place is poorly managed both by the owner and its employees. We had our boys birthday party here and I couldn’t wait to get out. Just to be on guard and high alert hoping that your kids aren’t pushed by the bigger kids whose parents clearly don’t care. Half the games didn’t work- especially the VR ride that we were planning to have the birthday guests use.
In recent events, it was made public that a child’s finger was DE-GLOVED!! The foam pits look like a bio-hazard. The staff looks like they have no idea what’s going on and they very rarely know how to handle situations.
If you follow reporting on Facebook you’ll get word from other attendees about similar experiences.
I would highly recommend doing your research and other forms of media because google will delete the bad reviews at the request of the owner. Follow Facebook threads and you’ll see more. Oh and did I mention they found fentanyl out in the open? A bag of fentanyl is around where your kids are supposed to be playing. Let that sink in and then hopefully change your mind about bringing your kids here. A true bummer because Nashua desperately needs more kid-friendly options but no way will we be brining our kids here anymore until we see serious improvements with staffing, training and cleanliness standards are...
Read moreWe do love this place so I'm not about to hurt their score but people need to know these concerns, in my opinion. They have awesome equipment, great comfy massage chairs, vr rides, & more. This is a combination of visits I'm writing about. After bringing my kids more than 30 hours, my biggest complaint as a parent is safety. Every other trampoline park in the world enforces the one person per trampoline rule, rightfully so. Not here, they don't care whatsoever. We've been here 5 minutes and my daughter is on one of the longer, skinny trampolines and so far I've counted 11 kids & 4 adults just helping themselves on her trampoline. Someone's gonna get hurt and staff doesn't care. Next, the zip line. The employee running it was too busy on his phone during February school vacatqion to notice the the zip line was messed up and halfway down, it got caught on the line and sent my son right on his back & neck and gave him whip lash! He was hurting and had to sit down for a bit and will never trust it again. During most visits, my son and daughter both got smashed in the face plenty of times in the dodge ball pit by a bunch of older kids trying to hurt people. One time he got hit so bad his nose started bleeding really bad. We ran into the bathroom to control it and the nice older cleaning man just happened to walk in and give us paper towels to clean up the blood. My point is that the staff needs to do their job and step up their game in the safety department and monitor dodge ball and the...
